Little Junkers, LLC: Terms and Conditions for Dumpster and Storage Rentals

Placement Responsibility: The customer is responsible for designating the placement location prior to delivery. If the customer is not present or instructions are not provided, Little Junkers, LLC will place the unit in the most practical and safe location at the driver’s discretion.
Relocation Fees: If a unit must be moved after the initial placement (at the customer's request or due to inadequate initial instructions), a Relocation Fee at the current market rate will apply.
Right of Access: The customer warrants that Little Junkers, LLC has clear, unobstructed access for delivery and retrieval. If access is blocked (e.g., by vehicles, locked gates, or low-hanging wires), a Dry Run Fee will be charged.
Property Risk Acknowledgement: Dumpsters are heavy steel containers. The customer acknowledges that the weight of the equipment and the delivery vehicle may cause damage to driveways (cracking, marking), lawns, or underground utilities (septic, sprinklers). Little Junkers, LLC is not liable for any property damage resulting from the standard delivery, placement, or retrieval of equipment.

Consecutive Days: Rentals are for consecutive calendar days. Periods cannot be broken up, paused, or saved for future use.
No Early Return Discounts: The rental fee is fixed based on the period originally booked. Returning a unit early does not entitle the customer to a discount, credit, or refund.
Market-Rate Surcharges: The following items incur additional disposal fees based on the current prevailing market rates at the time of disposal:
- Mattresses and Box Springs
- Tires (Off-Rim and On-Rim)
- Appliances (White Goods)
Tonnage: Each rental includes one (1) ton of material. Excess weight is billed at the local disposal facility rate plus 45%.

Strictly Prohibited: Propane tanks, explosives, flammable liquids, and lithium batteries are strictly prohibited inside the dumpster.
Battery Recycling: Lithium and other batteries may be recycled but must be left outside the dumpster on the ground in a clearly visible location.
Paint Policy: All paint must be completely dried (using kitty litter or sand) or bagged. The customer is 100% liable for all property damage or street cleaning costs caused by liquid paint spills or leaks during transit.
Contamination Fees: If prohibited items are found at the disposal facility, the customer is responsible for all discovery fees, reloading fees, and environmental fines.

Level Loads Only: All material must be kept below the top rail of the dumpster. Drivers will not transport unsafe or "mountainous" loads. Little Junkers, LLC may remove excess material and leave it at the site or charge a Leveling Fee.
Hand-Loading Only: Use of heavy machinery (bobcats, tractors, etc.) to load or compact material inside the units is strictly prohibited.
No Movement: Customers are strictly prohibited from moving the unit from its delivery location. Any damage resulting from unauthorized movement is the customer's full responsibility.

Invoicing: Any charges discovered after the unit is retrieved—including tonnage overages, prohibited item surcharges, or equipment damage—will be invoiced to the customer.
Payment Terms: Customer agrees to pay all post-rental invoices within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to interest at the maximum rate allowed by law, plus any costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

Indemnification: Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Little Junkers, LLC harmless from any and all claims, damages, or lawsuits (including attorney fees) arising out of the customer's use of the equipment or placement of the unit.
Limitation of Liability: Little Junkers, LLC’s total liability for any claim arising under this agreement shall not exceed the total rental price paid by the customer.

The customer agrees to these terms and conditions by booking a rental, making an initial payment, or accepting delivery of the rented items.
